Made sometime during 2017. Excerpts from my experiments with sinusoidal waves, homemade distortion effects, digital reverb, room reverb, and speaker->mic->pc feedback. Synthetized using a vintage yamaha psr-36 keyboard. Processed in daw with various effects and sound design techniques.

Heavy effects sorta space type of intro then changes into a arena rock 80’s style of riff then some single notes to let the effects ring out (with a hint of slop).

These sci-fi synth sweeps were created by manipulating white noise with filter sweeps and other effects and then using noise reduction to remove the underlying white noise. You would need to pick through them and cut them up, but they can be useful for sound designing light graphic elements that move around and animate on and off.

Credits to kendog88 for the base sound. I found their sound while searching for reaper-like sound effects on here, and the sound they made resembled that of the mass effect reaper, so i decided to overlay some distortion and put a wave filter over the sound, to give it a vibrating feel. Enjoy.

Created from ableton's stock instrument "light key". Created a midi, freezed and flattened, added automation effects added some lfo, some eq re arranged the echo effect to fit what i thought, and just saved it as this.

This sounds were a mix of different recorded with tascam dr07,the sounds were achieved from:. --blowing on a sponge--swiping a finger on the wall--waving a cardboard for the low sound--dragging a brush on the wall--air sounds with pich bend effects and modulation fx. The sounds were mixed and edited in adobe audition.

Frequency sweep generated in audacity, then added some effects in wavepad. This sound would fit well for end of the world sirens or something. Enjoy!.

Blip random: c2 note, random short blip sounds from synplant. Sampled into ableton as atonal as possible with a bit of effects, compression using psp compressor2 and psp warmer. This is a countdown from 10 to 0. It was recorded using a røde nt-3 and then processed with varios effects. Good for a space or sci-fi themed piece.

Simple patch. Two oscillators, ring modulation, lfos, vcas and digital effects. No spring reverb this time. Important module is the clock divider. Result a generative ambient patch and sound. I recorded for 1,5h. The synth gave me some strange slow crescendo. Don't really know why. This is the last 30 min. Space drone sci-fi sound.

Sfx sound made using a reversed saxophone sampled from and old jazz vinyl and an helicopter flying over my house, processed with couple of effects.

An sort of old sound i've made before then. I believe i generated brown noise in goldwave, then played around with the effects. It's a nice sound design for electric caves.
